We have been trained to believe that time moves chronologically just like our age. We go from 1 to 2 to 3… until we get to 80 or so then we die. so then we die.
But what if I told you that time appears to move in a linear fashion but it actually moves cyclically.
Let me explain...
I want you to ask yourself 3 questions
1. Why do you keep exhibiting the same negative habits over and over in life?
2. Why do you keep attracting the same kind of partner?
3. Why do you find yourself in similar energy draining and unproductive situations over and over again, whether it be financial, job-related, the relationship with your mental health, your opportunities, etc?
It’s because time moves in a circular motion. Our present moment loops back around to our past to gather information. That information, if not healed, if not reprogrammed, comes back around full swing and we are faced with the same obstacles over and over again. We get stuck in a cycle of complacency and negative self-achievement.
A quote that really brings this point home is from the book 1984 by George Orwell.
It states “He who controls the present, controls the past, and he who controls the past controls the future.”
What this means is that if you don’t go into the past and change any negative programming or heal trauma and wounds you will only continue to see reflections of them in different people and different experiences in the present.
The diagram above is a visual perspective of what I’m talking about.

The yellow strings represent life starting from the green dot, the present moment, looping back around to the white dot, your past. This then loops forward into the purple dot which comes back to your present moment, the green dot.
We naturally do this, whenever we think about the future, we look back into the past to see if we have done something like that before or know about it from what someone once told us.
For example, if you are going into a new relationship, trying to go into it with new eyes, you will look back into the past at your other relationships. Your success from those will either give you the confidence to go into the future or give you the fear of the future. Same thing with your career, finances, physical/spiritual/mental health and everything else in your life.
Most people just want to forget the past and ignore it. BUT that will only cause you more pain and suffering until you face it head on and do something about it! You must reprogram!
I have a better way to do this. if this post resonated with you, feel free to message me saying “I’m Ready” and I will reach out to you so we can schedule an open-minded call to see if I can help you or not.
